What's this landmass left of Florida, is it some island or what?

I know this has probably been done but heres my map

The central powers won ww1 except Austria hungary still collapsed and Germany gained a few states and vassals.

In the west Britain collapsed, Belgium and Luxembourg got annexed into the German vassal, Brittany and Corsica got indepence and Portugal joined the central powers.

In the east Bulgaria made greater Bulgaria and Serbia became a bulgarian vassal, Most of the Adriatic coast turned into a vassal of the central powers, AH collapsed. Poland, Finland and Baltic independence. Soviet union over took Russian Empire
