I have a prompt to write a script: an interrogation between 2 corrupt federal agents and a fellow federal employee about a leak exposing their illegal activities. I studied criminal justice, but then again, I don't know what it's like to be in a police station, with the DEA, or as an FBI agent. I have an idea about a crime I read about, cops stealing drugs from drug dealers, killing them. But the evidence was sold, and rogue officers pocketed the money. So I need help, how can I structure? Sometimes my mind goes blank, and I feel pressured and rushed. I panic when I don't have the ideas I need, because cop scripts aren't my strong suit. Maybe I'm trying to learn.
I want to get better at film scriptwriting and scriptwriting in general, and go deeper within myself to create fresh, original work. I have so many ideas, but what are the things that help y'all with that, and can y'all recommend film scripts to study
