First time seeing durge scene

And it did not disappoint!! After having finished a good and evil run, dark urge resist is fantastic. This scene is actually very sweet for how dark it is? I wasn’t expecting that. Also, the lighting is 10/10 for once. Very much looking forward to the rest of this run

[Ending Spoilers] First play through thoughts

  1. Tav. I don’t have much DnD knowledge outside of watching a few campaigns so I definitely made some questionable decisions at some points but I tried to do a *mostly good run. Recruited everyone but Minthara

2 & 3: Nightsong/shadow curse is my favorite storyline. Visually stunning and an intriguing intertwining story. Dame aylin 4 ever

  1. Raphael was my favorite fight. Obviously the music is awesome and I appreciated how difficult but balanced he was (and dramatically angry)

  2. Both emperor reveals were sick but I wish we could’ve have either persuaded ansur to not fight or he was a harder fight

  3. Favorite romance is Astarion. No explanation needed. Loved this sweet scene so much

  4. Here’s where the * is in *mostly good run. Idk what I did wrong but I couldn’t convince Gale not to become a god. I had the scene before the final fight and successfully persuaded him it wasn’t worth it but he still left me on the dock with no option to persuade. Had high approval whole game too

  5. As rewarding as finishing the final fight is, damn it was difficult. Raphael took a lot of strategy yet was still fun. This was a headache that had everyone down besides the emperor and Astarion. I will not be rushing to get here again

  6. The epilogue was everything I wanted and I’m happy with the endings. Besides Gale of course, who is a dick egomaniac god. Wish he wasn’t but hey we’ll try again

Overall, this game was amazing and it has easily become my favorite game of all time. In 10+ years nothing has come close to Skyrim for me, but BG3 takes the cake. Beautiful graphics and nature, gorgeously written storylines, the best voice acting I’ve ever experienced, and of course, the hilarious Minsc. I will immediately be restarting

Edit: adding that I finished with 235 hours. I did absolutely everything in acts 1 & 2 and was majorly overwhelmed by act 3 and really just wanted to see my companions progress at that point. I ran through all the companion quests/main quests and didn’t do much else besides the circus. My plan is to spend a lot of time in act 3 my next play through
