I already knew it, but wow - my man's butt looks *especially* big in this screenshot I took 😭🤭 That is one very nice behind indeed. No wonder some people tried to make mods to shrink it, they were probably intimidated by such a perfect ass lol (This is just some appreciation of Astarion's lovely booty ❤️)

So far I am really impressed by my Astarion Origin x Gale bloodweave romance. I already did a post recently about why I think they go well together, and how so many aspects of their stories mirror each other. But what I've really appreciated coming into act 2 is how open and genuine Gale is about his feelings for his lover.

In the romance scene and in the conversation following it, Gale tells Astarion that he loves him twice, he tells him never to doubt it; he tells Astarion that he's special to him. Astarion with his past trauma and low self-esteem needs to hear these things, and it is such a shame that playing as Tav or Durge the game gives you so few opportunities to tell him how you feel. You can tell him you 'care' in act 2, but that is not an 'I love you'; and if you go the remain-Spawn route, you can tell him 'You are the one I want, the one I love', which is great, but it means not choosing the option to ask Astarion what he wants, which in that moment I think is important. And if you go the Ascended route, you are never given the chance to say 'I love you' at all, or to say anything sweet or romantic for that matter.

So all this just to say that I am glad to hear someone saying these things to Astarion, even if it can't be me with my Durge.

Hoping to give it to Neil Newbon at a con. That scene never fails to make me tear up ugh

Astarion glances over his shoulder with a sly grin, one hand smoothing the impossibly tight leather over his hips. "Oh, don't pretend you weren't staring," he teases, giving an exaggerated little turn.

"These trousers are a menace to put on. I swear I fought them for ten minutes." He chuckles, patting the snug leather with theatrical pride. "Worth every second, though... if it means you can't keep your eyes off me."

His smile softens, just a touch more genuine. "Go on, darling. Tell me they suit me. I may grumble while squeezing into them, but I'd happily do it again if it earns me that look on your face."

I said what I said

Repost but with a fun little story.

Bechem: "Hold still," she giggled, carefully tucking another tiny flower into Astarion's silver curls.

Astarion: He let out a long, theatrical sigh. "You do realize you've transformed me from a fearsome vampire into... whatever this is."

Bechem: She stepped back, admiring her work with a grin. "You're cute."

Astarion: "Excuse me? I am not cute."

Bechem: "You are. Especially with those pointy ears poking through the flowers."

Astarion: His hand immediately flew to one ear. "Don't mention the ears."

Bechem: "But they're adorable."

Astarion: "They're distinguished."

Bechem: "They're adorable."

Astarion: He groaned and covered his face. "I've never felt more ridiculous in my entire immortal life."

Bechem: She laughed, kissed his cheek, and whispered, "Ridiculous... and very, very cute."

Astarion: "...If you tell anyone, I'll deny all of this." Yet he made no move to remove a single flower.
