I write this with a very heavy heart. I own a small café in Oman, which badly makes profit my rent alone itself is 300 riyal and I have a stuff when I was planning to add a new employee to build up the business. The Sanad Office told my company is blacklisted because I didn’t hire an Oman and my CR is one year old. How do they expect me to hire an Omani and pay them 375 riyal when my café hardly makes 200 riyal per month.

I haven’t been able to take any profit from it now.
Is there anyone in this Reddit who works in manpower? Or anyone who can help me sort this out
