Pinnacle Map Pack gets overwritten by the "new" official maps
Hi everyone,
Like many of you, I am absolutely thrilled about the recent revival of R.U.S.E. on Steam and the awesome new official maps we just received! It's amazing to see the game getting love again.
However, I've run into a dilemma regarding the Pinnacle Map Pack Mod. (On moddb "ruse-campaign-map-pack-by-prolution")
The mod replaced DataMap_win.dat and ZZ_GladPatchableWin.dat to unlock the campaign/hidden maps. If you install the mod right now over the newly updated game, the startup fails.
Is anyone from the delelopment team or the community currently working on a updated version of these .dat files that work with the "new-old" RUSE? I really really miss playing some of the "longer and bigger" maps. Is there a posibilty to integrate those maps officially into the game?
I would highly appreciate it if someone with more Modding Suite experience could update the mod files for the current patch, or point me in the right direction if a fix is already being cooked up!
