Jtp came to my campus offering 24 lpa, around 4.1 m yen, which is gonna be around 270k yen after taxes, and if its in tokyo , then , the rent is gonna take up majority of it. No relocation assistance, no flight tickets covered, no housing allowance, no subsidized company housings.
Currently i am unemployed and looking for opportunities, so should i join jtp, i mean i do have a japanese certificate and i aim to clear n1 in the long run maybe by the end of this year.
the role is of systems engineer devops basically, IT support kinda and we would have to sign NDA and Non Compete as well ,which would restrict us from, joining any other japanese company for the rest of the 3 years.
i am a 2026 graduate, looking to break into IT, but not sure if development is my niche or should i try something else. Would appreciate some guidance.
i have wasted my bachelors it seems, i kept on jumping from things to things half assed and didn't achieve anything. i recently graduated and realized i do need to do something about it so i have been doing that learning web dev and stuff to try n land a job since i dont know what else?
i don't know what field is meant for me and what am i supposed to do . the period is filled with ambiguity and a lot of self doubt. i don't want my mental health to go bad because of this and need guidance.
