Impossible to keep this story short. I’ll do my best. Request questions wanting details will be answered.

July 2nd 1983… Iron Maiden World Piece Tour appearing with Saxon, Fastway. Thrown out and handed off to Daly City police and placed in paddy wagon.. Doors open and bitched out by Bill Graham who was assuming and arrogant and left when I finally told him he wasn’t rational , and needed mental help. When he lost it I smiled and said bye have a nice day. After about half hour released by cops who my uncle taught when they went through the academy. Promising to wait at car for friends. After while I said I could at least try to get back in. Made up one hell of a lie and actually had evidence to support said lie. Escorted into the bowels of venue where a lady was asked if my story was possible and she didn’t know and shook her head yes to my escort because I was looking at her and shaking my head head yes as she was being questioned.. I was released back in to the concert where I listened to the last two Saxon songs and then enjoyed Maiden from the rail. What’s really ironic is many years later I was thrown out of a Saxon concert for dropping out of the ceiling onto the stage.. I snuck back in and managed to get back on stage via the rail and shook Biff’s hand. He was completely shocked when he saw it was the same guy back on stage and he even looked a little frightened, my big smile and holding my hand upright for him to clasp he did so. While security is in the pit onto one of my ankles. Saxon show years later was September 13th, 1988 at The Omni in Oakland, CA. and The Iron Maiden was July 2nd, 1983 at The Cow Palace in Daly City, CA.

Just returned from seeing Iron Maiden: Burning Desire at the theater..

Nicely done even though I have seen just a couple of parts in past documentaries of Iron Maiden, but that’s inevitable when you are doing a synopsis of their entire career from start up to present… Comments via interview footage with Javier Bardem who happens to be a big Iron Maiden fan.. Running time is One hr.46 min. All in all, very enjoyable and engaging…

AN EXCELLENT LIVE ALBUM

Just a heads up to any fans of “The Red Rocker”… Sammy Hagar All Night Long is one of the best live albums ever in my opinion.. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t like most live albums… I swear you feel like you’re there for the show.. The live concert version of RED is better than any studio recording…They finally released it to CD about 10 or 15 years ago.. 🎶So give me technicolor light C’MON!C’MON! Give me Red Red! I want Red, There’s no substitute for Red!🎶
