Cactus from Home Depot in Northeastern USA.
I ate some of these little fruits. I probably should have made sure they were edible first. The cactus is from the hardware store.

Hello everyone. I know the wise people of this sub can give me some sage advice and guidance on this.
I have a BIRADS-4 mass like lesion in my right breast. Its lobulated and I had no symptoms and could not feel it. It was found on a screening MRI which I get once per year because I’m high risk due to family history and have heterogeniously dense breasts.
They noted that it had grown from 0.9cm to 1.6cm. from what I understand, that is the only suspicious thing about it.
my question is *how* concerning is that? Normal Fibrous tissue can grow too right? It looked benign enough on the previous scan that they didn’t even mention it.
I’m either pre or perimenopausal but I don’t know because I got a hysterectomy two years ago and don’t get periods. I’m 41.
