How is everybody doing with MEE rule memorization?

It's July and I feel comfortable with writing MEEs in the sense of issue spotting, structure, etc. However, I feel like I am struggling a bit with rule statements. I am able to create a rule on the spot, but it's not the best nor is it totally accurate. I'm feeling a little anxious about that.

54% Overall Themis Bank performance

This is driving me crazy. My law school bar prep professor told me I should be at 60-70%. I've been getting ~54% overall on the assigned UWorld QBank questions. But whenever I do the NCBE questions, I'm in the 70s. Am I fine if I am doing well on the NCBEs but not the UWorlds?

Should I be doing Themis UWorld or NCBE MBE practice questions?

I've been seeing a lot about the differences between UWorld and NCBE questions in Themis in this subreddit. Is there a difference between the two, and at what point should I switch to only doing NCBE questions? I'm just confused about why Themis is making us do UWorld questions in Directed Study when those questions are apparently different than what's on the actual UBE.

Live Activities are not working

I have every single setting turned on, handoff works, iPhone Mirroring works, both devices are connected and fully updated, Live Activities works in the Dynamic Island on the iPhone, etc. BUT IT IS STILL NOT SHOWING UP IN THE MAC MENU BAR. Anybody know how to fix this? I have done literally everything.

Is it normal to not have rules memorized by the end of June?

I am still struggling with MEEs and can barely do them without notes/outlines. I am getting worried

Does anybody have/know of a Quizlet with a ton of MEE rule statements?

I want to start doing Quizlet over and over again until I have a ton of rules memorized

I’m burnt out and still can’t do MEEs without notes

I’m at the point of bar prep where impending doom is a norm every day

How to retain bar prep info?

I've been doing Themis bar prep every day, but I feel like I am not retaining the information fully. I am doing okay on the MBE practice questions but I am still having to use my outlines/notes to do the MEEs. Am I falling behind, or should I just trust the process and do what Themis wants me to do? Should I start doing memorization work with Quizlet or something?

Why is Themis Directed Study longer than what I scheduled it to be?

My Directed Study schedule is set to 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. However, Themis has me doing over 8 hours on most days. For example, tomorrow it has me scheduled for 10 hours and 42 minutes despite the way I set my schedule. Why is the schedule set up this way, and am I going to fall short of 100% completion if I don't follow it exactly?

People who list their spectator guides, water bottles, cups, etc. on Facebook Marketplace are insufferable.
