"[16M]Need advice rn. I just had an unwanted relapse after a 73-day streak and I genuinely don't know what I'm feeling. Guilt, frustration, anger, disappointment — everything at once. The worst part isn't even the streak; during these 73 days I felt so confident and motivated, like I could do anything. It became part of my identity and now I feel like I lost that version of myself too. I don't even want to reset the counter because it feels like accepting defeat. Has anyone here gone through something similar? How did you deal with it?"
