knee's been weird during squats lately
Did my usual set tonight and my left knee clicked twice—no pain, but it’s bugging me. Gonna ease up on depth tomorrow. 9:47 pm.

Did my first incline interval session since PT—slow start, but weirdly motivated at 5am. Anyone else find early sessions hit different?
rarely comment but... i've been squatting for three weeks and my knees cave in every rep. tried filming myself but got distracted by a thunderstorm outside—wait, is that normal or should i stop?
my mom’s been using one for low-impact cardio and her knees feel way better. she’s 72 and says it’s easy to start/stop. anyone else tried this setup? curious how long you’ve kept it going.
