Past due balance customers

Hi so basically I got laid off last year and couldn't keep up with my bills and whatnot. Then to make matters worse I had health issues to deal with.

I got services cutoff with a balance of around $500 due to Optimum. I think the service was cut off either December or January 2026.

I still have the cable modem/WiFi router unit and cable box equipment because I was planning on catching up with my past due balance and restore services but my health issues didn't allow that.

What I wanted to know is, can I pay my past due balance and start again as an optimum customer?

ItsPLK Lua-Autoloader 12.70 + P2JB?

Does anyone know if the Lua-Autoloader from itsPLK works on 12.70 with P2JB? If so are there any guides for setting this up since I haven't been able to find anything after searching extensively.

I didn't want to do a backup restore for using the Y2JB Auto Loader so I've been running P2JB using one of the Japanese Game Demos that I have for a long time and if I do a backup restore I'll lose those for sure and wanted to keep them if I can.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can't transfer PS4 Save Files to USB Drive

I have the LUA demos and I was attempting to use the Lua P2JB with the assumption that I don't need to do a backup restore since my account is activated.

I'm on 12.70 and I made the save file from the LUA demo but when I go to select the Upload or Delete from Console Storage option or the Copy or Delete from USB Drive option under Saved Data (PS4) I cant believe it's not letting me transfer files to a USB Drive and is telling me that I'm not signed in if I select the Upload or Delete from Console Storage option and if I try the Upload or Delete from USB Drive option it's telling me I need to update the system software to use network features!! Since when the hell do we need network features to transfer save files from the internal storage to an external storage device?

Does anyone know why this is happening and is there any workaround to this bullshit? I'm on 12.70, my account is activated and I also have a jailbroken PS4 Pro if that could come into play....
