Ki Chung has earned James Beard semifinalist/nominated recognition, MĀZE received a two-star New York Times review and Critic’s Pick in 2026, and that marked a first for a Hawaii restaurant. Justin Park is also a 2023 James Beard Award winner, which adds even more weight to the team’s credentials.
