Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find ways to make my best friend‘s birthday special. We met when I was a kid and lost contact for a while and this will be our first birthday back together. Does anyone have any traditions they do with their bestie or ideas to make her birthday special?

I’m also hoping to get some help on a project I wanna do for her birthday. she turns 22 in September and I have an idea planned for her gift and I have no idea how I could go about doing it. She has a book series that she loves from her childhood and I want to record me reading the books for her and buy her the hard copies and write my thoughts in the margins for her to keep on her bookshelf. Does anyone know of any good apps or ways to record this for her? Is there anything else I can add to that project to make it more meaningful?

Hi there,
We’ve been running into some trouble with the place we live and are looking for some advice if anyone has any. At the beginning of the month we went to turn in our rent, but we did it in a new way. We did it online instead of doing money orders. I’m a really anxious person so a few days after submitting it online, I went down to their office and asked them if they received it. The person in the office said yes we’re completely paid and good to go. However, a couple days later, they reached out and told us that they never received it and that they are issuing an eviction notice. They said their new policy is a $250 fee to cancel an eviction notice. If we pay our rent, aren’t they legally not allowed to kick us out once they accept it. Do we have to pay that 250? Legally, what is our options? Thanks for your help.
