Wanting to try different types of work at my company (currently municipal wanting to try water resources). Our office has a water resource team, but how do I actually go about asking them for work? I can’t just go up to them unsolicited asking for projects when they don’t even know who I am or what my qualifications are. Curious what your guys’ approach would be.
