Hi everyone!

I have never owned a Dooney so this is uncharted territory, but when I saw her in the thrift store on another shoppers arm! (I just heard you gasp! Yes, I know the audacity of them!) Just gorgeous color! Now before you applaud at my implied restraint, if this had been a Coach, I probably would've mimicked the behavior of a honey badger and thus probably starred in quite the interesting Dateline episode. (joking of course) I digress, I saw a bright pink leather one on the racks, but decided it just wasn't meant to be and walked the rest of the store. As I was leaving, there she was back on the rack. I did as much research as as possible while in store with a migraine starting. Could you guys help?

She was about $25. How do I clean her? Was that worth it? Model? Did I get a diamond in the rough or rubbish?

I think it would be pretty cool if I could clean her up and gift her to my mom.

I posted this in legal advice & small claims with no response. Hopefully, someone can provide insight here.

Background: Location: Texas

Contractor was referred to me to complete gift for veteran. The contractor was aware of the sentimental reason behind the project. Didn't complete job. Agreed in writing to refund money, months passed with no refund.

I won my small claims case in Texas. The default judgement is approximately 3k. The person is self employed and from what I understand my only options are Writ of Execution or Writ of Garnishment. However, in TX (if I understand correctly), you can't seize someone's car and have it sold and I have no idea if they have a boat or what other property could meet the criteria for WOE. This leaves WOG. The form requires the banking institution (garnishee), in order to collect, which I don't have.

I already paid a lawyer quite a bit just to get the address, should I pay again to get the banking details? Or do you have another suggestion?
