Willow Street Shower Hiding Spot Bug

Pretty sure my friend got killed through the wall just now. He was pushed up to the back left side of the shower and I guess the ghost saw him clipping through. No electronics were on and we were talking on discord so there was no way it could've gotten him normally.

How dangerous is imaging on the deck of a beach house for my equipment?

I'm going to North Carolina in a few weeks and I'm thinking about bringing my astro rig. I have a Teseek 14 mount to pair with my samyang 135mm and touptek 585m. My house will be on the beach and has a pretty large deck I could image on. If the wind isn't blowing towards my scope will everything mostly be safe for my gear. Are there any alternative ways of protecting gear at the beach or anything else I should know?

Easel hiding spot in art studio at Willow still broken

I was playing Willow and there were literally no other hiding spots except the easel spot. Not only did I die hiding in it, but so did the person I was playing with. I thought these were supposed to be fixed in the new update

Photos that I did not take showing up in book

Multiple games in a row I've had pictures in my picture book that I didn't take. There's just 2 random blank photos I didn't do. I also have been having items disappearing when I drop them on the ground for someone else to pick up. Anyone else experiencing these bugs?

Large delay between exposures in phd2

I just got a teseek 14 which requires very quick exposure length like 0.5 sec exposures. I realized a few days ago after poor guiding that there was a 2-3 second delay between guide exposures. I've checked that it isn't a cord problem by using multiple cords and also saw the delay isn't isolated to just phd2. The delay is present in ekos as well. I guess this points to some kind of slow processing within the driver or indi control.

I use a sv905c with a stellarmatex.

I attempted subframe guiding in phd2, but was having issues. Ive already sent a request to phd2 asking how to fix the subframe problem. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? I feel like I should be able to do full frame 0.5 second exposures without delay. My camera runs usb 2 which is a bit slow, but should be plenty fast for the 2mb images it outputs.

Teseek/Juwei 14 users is there a method to adjusting the Azimuth with your scope on it.

I bought a Teseek 14 mount from someone and last night I was trying to polar align, aimed at the celestial equator. With the weight of my telescope on one side it was impossible to unscrew the screws that lock down the azimuth. My rig is only 8 pounds and I'm not using a counterweight. Is there some method to doing this, or is something wrong with my eq wedge? I could usually get one screw to unlock but not the other.

How to keep moon centered for multiple hours with a strainwave mount

I'm going to have a juwei 14 mount in a few days which will be the upgrade for my star adventurer GTI. How long will my mount be able to keep the moon centered without drifting. I want to do a lunar eclipse timelapse during the August eclipse. I have a fairly tight fov so even a slight drift will put the moon out frame. (0.94°x0.62°) is my fov. If its adjustments every 20-30 minutes I'd be happy with that, but if its every few minutes that would be annoying. Is guiding on the moon possible with any software? I have a guide scope for my deep space rig that I can use

Do people actually buy Dark Matter Astro box or other telescope data services?

I don't really find the point of buying data from someone else or an observatory. I was on telescopius and saw the Dark Matters Astro box which is 100 dollars a month to receive a few datasets from a Chilean observatory. What's the point of processing someone else's data for 100 dollars? I know it's very high quality data, but what are you gonna do with it. I guess you can show it to people and be like "yeah I edited that data" Am I missing some other use? If you want data to practice on there's plenty of data to go through on Astro Biscuits discord and a handful of others.

Juwei 14 or 17 experience and advice

Hello everyone! I'm considering buying a Juwei 14. I've heard that LittleLightStore is one of the most trustworthy vendors to buy from. Is this true? Also as someone with zero experience with electronics and doing maintenence would it be risky for me to buy one. Thanks!

When will we see better interceptors?

I currently have 1.3 mil and I'm just saving it, waiting for something to come out. Idk if there's anything real that is better than the Tiv or Dom. I think the only real option is to make up a whole new vehicle or maybe make up a variant of the Dom or Tiv. These should obviously cost a lot of money. Likely over a million, but I think its necessary because for me it feels like there's nothing to progress towards other than topping my records. I'm also not a fan of radar truck gameplay. I already have the dow 3 and don't use it often, so buying the Raxpol or dow 7 would be useless.

Sky Watcher ignoring my email

I sent my SA GTI mount to Sky watcher due to weird behavior. My RA seemed to not be properly engaging and I was having RA spikes every 7-8 minutes. They said they found nothing wrong with it. I replied asking specifically about the RA clutch and if nothing was wrong if they could do any kind of preventative tune up or regreasing just so losing my mount for 2 weeks wasn't for nothing.

They sent me back an email completely ignoring what I said telling me it will be shipped soon. I replied within an hour of that email essentially copying what I had sent them a day before and still no response and now my mount is on a truck coming back. Maybe those emails were automated, but it says if you have an concerns feel free to reach out. A little annoying I lost my mount for nothing.

Anyone have negative experiences with Skywatcher before?

Anyone in the Baltimore/DC area willing to look at and fix my mount?

I have a Star Adventurer GTI and I've been having to throw away around half my data some nights because my RA has been so bad. A few nights ago I was having large repeating spikes every 8 minutes and now tonight I'm having more sporadic spiking that's happening at generally the same time frame. Guiding will be fine between 0.6" and 1" and then creep up to 1.6 or more and then slowly creep back down. I really think its a worm gear problem. I've had the mount since last April and I don't how to fix it myself.

If someone wants to see my logs I'd be happy to send them

Large RA spikes with Star adventurer GTI every 8 minutes.

Last night I had to throw out around half my data because I kept having these large RA spikes. It seemed like it was happening on a pattern and this morning I was able to confirm it was when look back at the log. Theres an error about every 7-8 minutes.

I have predictive PPEC on. I have around 7 to 8 pounds on the rig which is near the 11. It's so heavy that with my stock weights I can't even do east heavy balancing. This may be part of the problem, but I'd like to see what someone else thinks. A couple nights ago though I had pretty good guiding which is why I think it's weird for it to randomly misbehave.

Recommendations for widefield telescopes/lenses <150mm focal length

I have a touptek Atr585m which has a 1/1.2 inch sensor. A lot of larger nebulae aren't really possible because of how cropped it is. I want to do the North American nebula, the Heart nebula, the veil nebula etc this summer/fall when I have time. It seems like looking at the telescope simulator on Telescopius that a focal length of 100-150mm would be good.

I'd like to find something under 300 dollars if possible.

The SV535 is a perfect option, but it doesn't have enough back focus to fit a filter wheel and I only have 1.25 inch filters. Any other ideas of what I should get? Thanks!

▲ 4 r/Citrus

This is my 4 year old lemon tree that I planted from a store bought seed. I've been bringing it inside every winter and I got a fairly large grow light for it this year. The year before, I had a very small light, hence the large leaves. I'll be moving it to a 15 gallon container in a week instead of the 4 gallon one it's currently in. Do you all think I should trim it anywhere? It's over 6 feet tall and I feel like if it keeps getting taller, it will be hard to keep it inside during the winter. I've been thinking of cutting off the top foot but im not sure if should
