Creating a second brain?

What’s the best way of creating a copilot studio agent that can be a second brain?

I’m intending to throw it links of files I find useful, transcripts, thought leadership articles etc. and it converts these to markdown / knowledge store with some kind of indexing.

I’m expecting over time this will grow to be hundreds of files - so a typical ‘add the source file as knowledge source’ will be too unwieldy, and also not efficient for the model given having the files as MD will be much more efficient.

I’m intending to be able to throw it links via chat and it can process these into the brain.

This must exist right? AI-assisted repo discovery / searching

I am often trying to find Github Repos for use cases (AI Skills / Plugins / Frameworks - although this doesn't matter), and I've found it can be quite painful, varying search terms and topics in GitHub to discover repositories.

I was wondering if anybody has found a tool / solution / platform that helps you find Github Repos based on a search term, that's a little more intelligence / flexible that the standard github search box.

Transcribing audio

Does anybody know the best way of transcribing audio files into a speaker separated transcript, when the meeting isn’t natively recorded through teams?

My job often means I end up with a lot of audio files which need transcribing, and manually doing this through Word’s transcribe feature is pretty painful - anybody know any good ways to do this through copilot or an automation in the Microsoft stack?

5.6 - Best PPT/Slide Guidance?

Using GPT on the web to make slides. What’s the best way of having it slides consistent with my companies template or example slides?

I’ve sent it a pack of reference slides (ranging from 10-100) all with similar styles / same pptx theme) and it still comes back with the usual slop (cards with side lines, rounded corners, boxes with outlines when nothing else in my deck has this).

Any guidance?

I’ve try recursively having it review its slide vs my reference pack to improve but no luck.

PowerPoint agent - how to make slides that look like the rest of my deck?

Having real issues with copilot agent mode in PPT (opus or 5.6). Really struggling to create any slides that don’t look massively AI generated and don’t look consistent with the rest of my deck (corporate presentation).

Any prompts or techniques I’m missing?

Best AI Coding Workflow / Framework - eg. HVE Core, BMAD

I’m about to start building an POC application in VS Code with GitHub Copilot and want to better structure around planning, specifications, implementation, documentation and keeping context across sessions.

I’ve come across different frameworks / plugins etc. HVE Core, Superpowers, OpenSpec and BMAD, but I’m not clear on how they differ, where they overlap, or whether any of them should be used together.

What setup would you recommend for a new project, and are there any better alternatives I should consider?

Best workspace memory / management / context skill

My projects may be dashboard builds, data analysis, static HTMLs rather than SWE but after a few days I end up with lots of chats, context / reference files. .md files etc and the project workspace gets messy, and useful context from conversations doesn’t always make it back into the workspace.

I’m not just looking for ‘memory’ or a starter MD template, but a skill that shapes the setup (eg. MDs) and actively maintains these MDs over time, e.g.: Logging what has been done and why, ccapturing key learnings, maintaining file/folder index, updating MDs / keeping them current etc.

Assume somebody’s probably built brilliant for something for this so hoping to hear some recommendations

Codex Skill / plugin for data viz / charts

I’m using Codex and 5.6 Sol / Luna to build an HTML / JS dashboard and have dound Impeccable to be brilliant for UI/frontend work, but I’m looking for something similar for data visualisation

I already have the data and know the insights I want to show. I’m looking for a codex skill/plugin that helps determine choose the best charts / visuals for the insight and subsequently build and implement - whether that’s through vanilla HTML/CSS/JS or ECharts.

Thanks

florist + champagne delivery recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I’m based overseas and would love to send a friend in Utica some special occasion flowers, ideally with champagne or sparkling wine too.

Any recommendations for great local florists who deliver?
And if champagne delivery is unlikely through a florist, are there any local services people would recommend?

Thanks so much!

AI Document Editor Tool Recommendations

Looking for a guidance around the best AI document editing tools / platforms, that can help me in creating and editing some reports / documentation.

Ideally a tool where I can edit the document/text, but also ask the AI to revise / improve. It should be able to handle like 15-20 pages, and also I’d like to be able to give it some reference / contextual documents to act as knowledge which it can draw on.

I previously used GPT Canvas before it was deprecated (and it struggled with longer lengths) and Gemini Canvas is a little clunky.

Extracting Gantt chart dates / data from varied PPT/PDF packs

I’m looking for advice on building an AI/LLM-based document extraction solution for PPTX/PDF project packs, such as status reports, planning decks, and delivery updates.

The goal is to extract structured data like activities, milestones, risks, issues, owners, statuses, and dates.
The hardest part is visual Gantt charts. These vary a lot across documents: different timeline headers, months, quarters, years, week commencing labels, fiscal periods, mixed time scales, bar styles, milestone icons, legends, layouts, and sometimes native PPTX shapes versus screenshots or flattened PDFs.

I’m assuming the solution will need some combination of LLM/VLM reasoning plus deterministic extraction, OCR, parsing, and coordinate/geometry-based date mapping.

How would you approach this architecturally? What libraries, frameworks, models, or techniques would you recommend for reliably extracting activity start/end dates and milestone dates from varied Gantt visuals without hardcoding specific formats?

Design documentation template

Does anybody know any good resources around design documentation templates?

Essentially looking for some good examples of what to ask business users for besides source data and a dashboard mockup. Eg. Metric definitions, drill through logic etc.
