Moving out of a 4 bedroom apartment near Astoria Park. Walls need a coat of white paint and the drywall needs to be repaired.

I'm just trying to turn it back over to the landlord without losing the deposit, so I need the "landlord special".

Anyone have any recommendation for someone reasonably priced?

2 bedroom apartment and the move is about 2 miles away to a first floor apartment.

3 beds. 1 couch. Table and chairs. 4 TVs. 2 dressers.

Thoughts on how much to tip the movers?

And don't worry, I didn't hire Piece of Cake.
