Need some advice
My ‘86 Bandit 65 has started making an intermittent loud buzzing noise. Any ideas about what the issue might be? Does this symptom align with needing to be re-capped?

My dad served a couple of tours in Vietnam and I got it when he passed away a couple of years ago.
If I’m not mistaken panels 2 and 3 are Sec of Defense Robert McNamara and Gen William Westmoreland.

Looking for model info
My nephew gave me his Ibanez to set up and I am looking to identify the model and the year of production. Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with Ibanez’s product history.
The serial number is W743043 and I understand that to mean it was produced in Korea by World Musical Instrument in 1997 or 2007 (?).
Any assistance would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
