I can't wait to settle things with this bastard once and for all

One of my most anticipated moments in Revelation is beating the daylights out of this obnoxious machine with the new combat. I'm also looking forward to seeing how its design will translate into the Remake artstyle, especially since 99% of the enemies and bosses we've seen have looked faithful to their PS1 counterparts. It's one of my favorite aspects about this trilogy.

I'm sure everyone and their mother is dying to fight the Weapons, myself included, but what other remaining OG enemies/bosses are you excited to see in Revelation?

Mastery #12 & #13 - Pokémon Blue + Professor Oak Challenge

Here is my second Pokémon mastery, with my first being Red.

Overall, I enjoyed this set much more than Red's. No annoying achievements here like Have Fun and having to buy out the whole Game Corner store in one session. The fact that I like Blue's exclusive Pokémon more also helps. I picked Bulbasaur as my starter (Charmander was mine in Red) to make the beginning of the POC easier to get through.

All that's left is Yellow and I'll be finished with Gen. 1.

Mastery #11 - Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec

This is my favorite Gran Turismo game, and it feels great to finally 100% complete it for the first time and then some.

As for the game itself, hoo boy, it is time consuming to do everything it has to offer. I'm talking JPRG lengths of time consuming, which isn't something many racing games do. Most of the achievements here are just from doing everything in the game alone. Between the many attempts it took to gold all of the licenses and the sheer length of the campaign, especially in the late game, it's a huge grind that might not be for everyone. But the racing itself is a lot of fun, especially thanks to the physics, which I think GT3 has the best of out of the older GT games.

As for the set, as I said before, most of these are just from 100% completing the game normally, with the added caveat that some events have to be done in one sitting or you can only use a certain type of car to keep the racing fair against the AI. These restrictions are reasonable and nothing crazy. There are also several time trial achievements and some where you have to beat a race with a specific car, which I saved doing for last. For me, some of these were relatively easy, while others were quite tough, about as hard as golding a Super license test in the base game.

But overall, this is one of the games I wanted to master on RA the most, so I'm glad to have accomplished it. And I doubt I'll master a game with this many achievements or more any time soon. And of course, I'll get to GT4 one day, but I need to take a really long break before I tackle that game.

My 10 masteries so far

Hello everyone, I've been using RA for a little over a year now and just wanted to share the masteries I've gotten in that time. I prefer mine arranged in alphabetical order by series name, so Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit was actually the first game I mastered. Out of all of these, I'd say Gran Turismo 2 was the hardest to master purely because of the license tests.

Right now, I'm currently playing Pokemon Blue while also doing its Professor Oak Challenge subset and Gran Turismo 3.

My next picture of Split, Kilinah's kangaroo OC, with her famous thicc thighs on full display once again.
