Theories before answer arc

I finished ep4 yesterday, was genuinely so lost after that ending😭

But i think after sometime, I might have some crackhead theories afterall.

BATTLER’S FAMILY AND SIN

This is what we know:
-Asumu is “Ushiromiya Battler”’s mother, but not the Battler we know

-Ange is the Battler we know’s little sister (BIG HINT)

-the Battler we know is given birth to by an unknown woman, someone who does not publicly appear as Battler’s mother. Meaning only Rudolf would know(he is pretty sly, who knows what he is hiding)

Now, who could this unknown woman be? I wonder😃.

Its Kyrie, from the battle in the main hall, we learn Asumu and Kyrie were both pregnant at the same time. While Kyrie had a miscarriage, Asumu gave birth. But is that really the case?

It is possible that neither had a miscarriage, both sons were named “Battler”, why? Because Rudolf only reported Asumu’s son to Kinzo, Kinzo is the one who grants the western style names to the children. So retroactively, both sons are named Battler.

What happened with the other son, Kyrie’s son? Rudolf likely had him hide away at Asumu’s relatives. Those first 12 years:

-Asumu Battler was attending family meetings, and living with Rudolf and Asumu

-Kyrie Battler was living at Asumu’s relatives, living completely separate lives.

Lets look at a really important detail:

Beatrice: “if you were the true Ushiromiya Battler, you would not commit a sin. But consequently, a sin did occur, a span of six years became a blank space”

The way to look at this is “true Ushiromiya Battler” is the one who was always meant to attend the family meetings, so what Beatrice is actually saying is:

If (Kyrie Battler) was the one at the family meetings 6 years ago, Kyrie Battler would not commit a sin. But since that is not the case, Asumu Battler did commit a sin.

That sin resulted in his death AND Asumu’s death. And now six years later, a period of time which is “blank”. I think of it as a six year blank of “Ushiromiya Battler’s” script, the previous actor (Asumu Battler) died, and the next actor (Kyrie Battler) has yet to step onto the stage.

So when the time comes, Kyrie Battler steps into this role, to play “Battler” who hasn’t come to the family meeting for six years because “he got angry at Rudolf for switching woman after Asumu’s death”.

Furthermore, a lot of factors play into Kyrie Battler’s favor:
-he can feign forgetfullness about events 6 years ago

-Noone is going to question how he looks, they will only say “damn you’ve gotten big”

Now the sin, if its commited by Asumu Battler, why is it Kyrie Battler’s sin.

Because as I said, the sin is commited by the role “Ushiromiya Battler”, if the first leaves it unresolved, the next actor will have to resolve things related to that role.

As for what the sin is, im wracking my brains but to no avail at the moment. So I can only present my theory on the Battler situation.

Perhaps episode 5 will give some key details about the sin.🙏

Thoughts and questions after Episode 4

This episode really felt like a finale in a way, a finale to the murder mysteries at the very least. Thats why i think I should probably hold off on going too deep in the specific murder. Especially because Lambda literally tore every blue apart in ????.

The more pressing mystery i think are revolved around four characters:

Maria, Battler, Kinzo and Beatrice

# MARIA

Maria is definitely related and involved with the incident. Im going to try theorize by starting from one major point: the rabbit toys. The chiester group has always stood out to me as weird, out of Beatrice's servants, only they seem to not be tied to any real world myth. Now, it should be relatively obvious why that is: Because they are Maria's toys, which Maria herself wrote into her book, they are a four person troop created by Maria's imagination based on her toys. Why? Because Chiester556 is dead, killed by the dark witch, we saw Rosa specifically say "so you've got four full friends" to Maria, she was refering to her rabbit toys, Rosa proceeded to break one, and that is Chiester556.

Now if we go by the idea that, with Maria being the creator of all of Beatrice's furniture. And given we know Maria's shift to hate and darkness after Sakutaro's death. I see this as a surge in emotions targeted at the "dark witch". Now given, we know Love, sadness and strong emotions give rise to "magic", this is my speculation.

Given Beatrice has said Battler is the one to cause this massacre at the family meeting, Im going to assume Maria is not involved in the cause. BUT, I believe Maria's emotions following Sakutaro's death very much "fueled" the "Mariage Sorciere". This allowed the other participant of the alliance to take advantage of this, and:

FINALLY BRING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HAS GONE THROUGH A 6 YEAR WAIT.

I view Maria as the fuel, but NOT the cause or the mastermind behind the incident.

# BATTLER

Now this is huge, There are two main things to address:

\-what happened 6 years ago and why doesn't battler remember it?

\-who is "ushiromiya battler", the one thats the son of asumu, and the one that isnt?

But, to be completely honest, this came so completely out of left field that I genuinely have 0 clue....

# KINZO

Kinzo has spent the last years of his life attempting to revive Beatrice, I had always thought Kinzo's creation of the portrait of the witch and that epitaph to be the main cause of this incident.

BUT THE TIMING DOESNT MATCH, this is a major point we managed to find out about. The cause of the incident is said in red to be the last time Battler attended the family meeting, and that was before this portrait was even put up.

ACTUALLY IT DOES, in my opinion, the portrait and the epitaph are all too important to not be a major factor, so then what happened 6 years ago that could have to do with this?

theres only one way, something happened 6 years ago that directly caused the portrait to be put up, and if we use the red. Something Battler did 6 years ago directly caused Kinzo to soon after put up the portrait.

# BEATRICE

I view Beatrice as a very tragic character, we know it to be factual the human Beatriced died 20 years ago, in a way that can only lead to regret, without having been able to see the world and its beauties, locked in Kuwadorian.

The main mystery with Beatrice is:

\-Why did Beatrice start the game in the first place, even though its starting to become abundantly clear she has no intention of winning, and has no way of winning (Bern and Lambda)

This is an excerpt from the flashes of red text we saw in episode 4:

“Please kill me quickly, try to stop me, if only you had never comeback, I wish I had never been born, why am I unable to love anyone”

“Please I don’t care what conclusion just kill me and bring my story to an end. If you wont do that, you die instead”

What do these words mean, why is Beatrice searching for a way to die?

In episode 4, we learned that Beatrice was actually letting Battler's blues go unchecked, why?

# ADDITION NOTES

\- the last chapter of this episode had me bawling my eyes out, Ange journey 12 years later and her plea for her brother to come home had to be one of the best moments this episode.

\-despite me saying i wont be trying to solve any murder mysteries, I have had this very strong feeling that Kumasawa and Nanjo are VERY MAJOR to the murders cases ever since episode 1. Just need enough evidence to back it up tho.

\-Gaap attacking cg art, GADDAMN.

# QUESTIONS

\- I play using the umi project, and im about to start the second half 5-8, I was looking through my picture box, and three cgs are missing, im just trying to double check I didn't miss any story?? I just wanna know if those three are missing on purpose, if it is on purpose then its chill.

Maria and Rosa

Currently on episode 4 chapter 12, where Maria is continuously killing Rosa.

Wanted to know what the general consensus on the two characters are, likability wise.

For me, I find both characters to be at fault. Its a vicious chain of events.

Although I do find Maria’s action in this chapter to be more inexcusable.

Dont get me wrong, Rosa is very much at fault for completely abandoning her parental duties and at the same time blaming Maria for the result of this abandonment. It is in no way actions fitting for an adult.

Perhaps it is due to my personal bias due to age. And maybe I need to be a bit more understanding of a child’s tantrum.

Rosa, under a pretext of making a happy family, gave birth to Maria. But when the father left the two. Maria became a burden for Rosa alone to bear.

At this point in time, the more adult way to act would have been to continue taking care of Maria despite the hardship. But Rosa did not do so, partly because of the built-up contempt and frustration from her childhood, and in the face of this hardship the question of “why me?”. So, YES Rosa is at fault, but I cant say all the blame is on her for this.

But then this starts a vicious chain, with Maria’s already childish way of acting. These behaviours are amped up to the max, because they become a coping mechanism for Maria in her loneliness. At this point, Rosa should have tried to spend more time with her, but Rosa didn’t care for any of that, all Rosa cared about is that Maria is damaging her reputation as a women, in her mind, Maria being ridiculed is the same as her being ridiculed. This brought back the trauma of the way she was treated by Krauss, Eva and Rudolf.

Furthermore down the chain, this only serves to propagate Maria’s way of unleashing her emotions when things dont go her way, YES it is normal for kids her age to let loose in such a way. But Rosa, who was brought up in the Ushiromiya household, did not understand Maria’s outbursts, because Rosa herself always held in all her feelings no matter how bad, she was forced to do so ny her environment. This contradiction between these only resulted in more grief between the two.

Now the main point in the story, Sakutaro. Sakutaro, to Rosa, was a materialistic present she gave to Maria as a means to “keep her happy”. Unbeknownst to Rosa, because the loneliness she left Maria in, Sakutaro became the centre of Maria’s coping mechanism, becoming Maria’s “friend”.

Now the incident, firstly lets establish Rosa complete and utter lack of care for her daughter in taking this vacation. Maria losing her key was the catalyst, a random event. This ultimately leads to Rosa finding out about Maria bringing her toys with her everywhere, especially Sakutaro. Now, to be clear, Maria has been CLEARLY told not to bring her toys outside. But she did. This accompanied by Rosa’s overreaction from trauma response, leads to Sakutaro’s “death”. And leads Maria down a dark spiral, since Sakutaro was the core of her coping mechanism.

Now who is at fault, BOTH OF THEM.

BUT Maria descent to darkness, and the way she treats Rosa in this chapter. In my personal opinion, is a bit undignified and over-the-top.

Having things precious to you broken by those close to you is indeed sad, and getting angry is warranted. But angry to the point of murderous intent? And yes i know Sakutaro was in Maria’s mind a living breathing person. But still…

Of course i acknowledge i could be very biased, and I am very open to other’s opinions and views on this. I encourage people sharing different point of views, would love to see different takes.

Although I am currently only on episode 4 chapter 12, so it would be much appreciated to keep the discussion up to this point🙏🙏🙏.

Thoughts after finishing episode 3

Firstly, WHAT A EPISODE, the sheer amount of new information and plot twists. Definitely my favourite episode as of now.

My theory is that the culprits for this episode was Eva AND Nanjo.

Eva’s mentality

Firstly, i wanted to address my take on what “witch eva” actually is, “witch eva” symbolizes all her discontent with the way she born to the way she was treated, the want for revenge and all the downstream consequences of this mindset (this will come up). My believe is that during these two days, Eva fully gave in to these thoughts and negative feelings, allowing them to dictate her actions. I view Eva-Beatrice as Eva’s true feelings.

THE LETTERS

lets get this through first, the letters
Letter 1: Very little is shown, but Eva could have easily given the letter to Maria pretending to be Beatrice.
Letter 2: It is VERY clear that the person who wrote the letter knew of the adult’s discussion of the headship, it would make sense for Eva to do so, because by putting the transfer of headship in the letter, it becomes more “real”, it is physical evidence of the concept of “solve epitaph=headship”.

CASE 1

The six locked rooms, firstly, the alibis. The adults were discussing in the dining room, anyone who leave for a long period pf time will be noticed, very strong alibi. The cousins were in the guesthouse, assumed to br a strong alibi, since it would be noticed if one cousin leaves for a long period of time. Nanjo, assumed to be staying at the guesthouse, but weak alibi due to being alone.

Now, the case, all six were announced dead(very important later) and Battler believed the culprits to be one of the six, who encountered an accident after locking themselves into a room. That is a possibility, BUT we have to take Beatrice’s unreleased red seriously. “Among the six there were no…”. If we think of this as something that will definitely counter Battler’s move, then one possibility is “among the six there were no culprits”.

But HOW would that work, this is going to sound crazy but here we go:
Nanjo and Eva are working together, why? Because Eva wants to become the head, So naturally Eva would need someone a) not a servant to Krauss or Kinzo(meaning master key servant), b) not of the ushiromiya bloodline. That leaves Nanjo. As to why Nanjo is helping, im not certain, since we know so little about his character.

Now why did Eva choose to kill the six?
1- To push the blame onto the witch by following the epitaph
2- The servants could be plotting with Krauss or Kinzo
3- by removing the previous head, the transfer of headship is set into motion.

Now how did Eva/Nanjo achieve this?
1- Nanjo who understand the servant room can prepare the 5 different room keys into envelopes, he also has the second envelope written by Eva.
2- Nanjo could begin with Genji, to obtain the master’s study key
3- then kill Kinzo in the master study
4- the other 3 are killed, one cannot be found(if i were to guess Kumasawa, due to the magic story having her last)
5- prepare those 6 letters for each location
6- first move Kanon into chapel, lock it with chapel key(found on Kinzo)
7- Kinzo in boiler room, locked with master key
8- gohda and Shannon in their respective rooms, locked Shannon’s room with Gohda’s master key, lock Gohda’s room with 3rd floor servant key.
9- place the 3rd floor servant key in the 2nd floor guest room and lure Kumasawa to lock herself in. An accident then occurs resulting in a perfected locked room

CASE 2

This case is much simpler, Eva was not actually on the bed in her room with Hideyoshi, Hideyoshi is an accomplice BUT not a culprit. Eva Beatrice is Eva true feelings, she genuinely wanted all the gold. Hence when Maria and Rosa went out, Eva could have met them with the intentions to “talk more about the gold”, and instantly surprising Rosa and killing her, subsequently strangling Maria to death. Both are confirmed dead.

CASE 3

Kyrie and Rudolf went to the mansion in order to question Hideyoshi, the same thought process as case 2 can apply. Eva realised this and followed them to the mansion, her goal? To kill Kyrie and Rudolf, as they could expose her plan. If we use the Chiesters as inspiration, Eva could have shot them when she was out of sight. Now upon seeing this, Hideyoshi despite being an accomplice questions Eva’s actions, as to why she would be so cruel. This could mirror the magical events where Hideyoshi scolds Eva. Utimately, Eva shoots Hideyoshi, killing him, i believe she was definitely affected by this (Just like how Eva Beatrice’s mood changed after killing Hideyoshi).

CASE 5

Krauss and Natsuhi, why would Eva target them? Because Eva’s dark emotions hold a deep grudge against Krauss for the torment in her past.

How did Eva achieve this, I believe with Nanjo’s help, they managed to strangle Krauss and Natsuhi to death. Subsequently, they moved their bodies to the little shelter in the rose garden.

I believe this occurs concurrently to George going to the mansion parlor to find Shannon.

Eva and Nanjo could have spotted George, followed him to the parlor, when Eva saw george embracing and crying over Shannon’s body, her true feelings are betrayed (to use George to achieve what she couldn’t in her life, to make him a respectable man, someone who trumps Krauss’s daughter in every way) these dark thoughts results in her shooting George(just like Chiester).

The pair then returned to the mansion, making sure every window is closed and door is closed, then Eva acted out the scene we see, alerting Battler and Jessica.

CASE 6

Now its time for us to tackle the biggest challenge yet. Nanjo’s death, it is stated in red that a human being faced Nanjo with a knife and stabbed him to death. This person is not Eva, Jessica or Battler.

Now its time for a crackhead theory:
Eva-Beatrice stated in red all 15 were dead, BUT this was AFTER Nanjo died. So, it is VERY LIKELY that before Nanjo died, a character who hasn’t been confirmed dead in red kills Nanjo.

Firstly who is not confirmed to be dead? George, Kyrie, Rudolf, Hideyoshi, Natsuhi, Krauss. Its very possible that one of these people was able to take a knife on the verge of death and kill Nanjo. While they themselves died while doing so or shortly after doing so.

Beatrice

Despite us having been duped by Beatrice, i believe that the Beatrice we saw throughout this episode wasnt all a lie. Her characteristics at least werent a lie.

What was a lie?
- everything with Beatrice helping George and Kanon was a lie

What wasn’t a lie?
- Beatrice enjoyed this game with Battler
- Beatrice’s has a child like temperament

Beatrice still wanted to win the game by any means necessary, she wanted to be accepted by Battler.

I have a theory about Beatrice’s past:
Beatrice was the oldest daughter of Kinzo, she was the daughter of a mistress named Beatrice who Kinzo loved very very much. Due to Kinzo’s obsession, after the mother passed, he locked child Beatrice away in Kuwadorian. Raising her to be the splitting image of the women he loved, name and everything, he also fed her the idea that she was the golden witch Beatrice. This really fits well with Beatrice’s character, she lived a life all alone, no one to play with, confined to the walls of Kuwadorian. Furthermore, Rosa’s story is an even more grim look at Beatrice’s life, just as she was about to be able to explore the beauties of the outside world, her life was ended abruptly…

So then what is the Beatrice we see now? Using information from the tea party. i believe Beatrice’s spirit was able to return to Rokkenjima because of two things:
- Lambdadelta’s power allowing her to temporarily become a witch
- Rokkenjima currently lies on the border between science and magic.
So then why does Beatrice need Battler to accept her?
I think it is for mental catharsis, she wants to be valued, noticed, acknowledged, to seek validation and fufillment for her existance. Borrowing Lambdadelta’s power to do so.

There is some solid examples to back this up, in episode 2, Beatrices lashes out at Shannon, just because Shannon was able to face her own death with a sense of completeness, having solidified her love for George and his love for her. Beatrice likely was envious of such a state of mind, given she lost her own life without warning and without meaning.

To be honestly, im not fully confident on the cases in episode 3, it was the hardest one by far. but i think that episode 3 offered us a genuine look into Beatrice’s psyche.

Edit: one more thing, i think Beatrice’s imaginary servants having the one-winged eagle on them (Ronove) is even more evidence Beatrice was likely a descendant of the ushiromiya family.

Just finished episode 2

Despite the brutal loss of round 2, I think it gave us a lot of crucial information to solving the mystery. Both in episode 1 and 2.

**Firstly, the epitaph:**

“The one who obtains the key” and “the witch” are portrayed as two different beings in the epitaph.
One interpretation is “the one who obtains the key” is culprit who performs the murders, which allows “the witch” Beatrice to revive.
In the story, we consistently come across the term “chosen by the key”, now what if “the key” is actually the culprit.
It all makes sense, because having a culprit allows the murders to be performed by “human methods”, the culprit then forces the victims to accept the witch as the murderer for these murders in order to facilitate her revival.

**Now, the witch:**

The witch’s power can be seen in the Beatrice and Battler’s battle, in which the witch creates “the scenario”. I think of this story is spheres, the “Oct 4-5 incident” is the inner sphere. Beatrice, Battler, Bern and Lambda are on the second layer, and us the player are on the outer layer, who has the role of the detective to solve this. I believe the witch power is very much real, she is a higher being, and she exists on the SECOND LAYER, meaning the murders remain “human actions”.

**Potential breakthrough??:**

I view the “inner sphere”(Oct 4-5) as a film, a film made from film rolls. And since Beatrice the witch is in the second layer, I believe she is splicing the film, and cutting out the REAL scenes, and splicing HER OWN film roll tape into the gap.

**Why?:**

We have seen the butterfly flying into the screen many times, this is ALWAYS indicative of the witch’s presence. Something else I have noticed is EVERYTIME the witch leaves, the same butterfly scene play. This is a trend in both episode 1 and 2, now what if that is signalling the beginning and ending of each of Beatrice’s splices?

**MORE??:**

In episode 2, there is a very special effect that comes across the scene when “supernatural happenings” are occuring.

**(The screen has a black patches all over it)**

That feels to me like defects in Beatrice’s splicing, because these black spots ONLY appear when “supernatural happenings” are occuring.

this is important in episode 2, the appearance of the bull servants, the seven stakes seen as girls(Satan, Beelzebub, etc), the shield created by Shannon.
I believe that all those happens are complete fake and fabricated, and Beatrice is cut the true happenings in those scenes out.

**Now the standout characters:**

Rosa: She is VERY suspicious. My main question is “WHAT was she doing at the chapel the first night, and WHY did she not mention that to anyone else?”. That scene confuses me, it shows all 7 parents submitting to the “human” Beatrice. Furthermore about Rosa, the letter which she was supposed to read out at dinner. THAT is the first letter which was later found in the church. Why? Because the letter read out during dinner in episode 1 has the same content to the letter found in the church.

Maria: The biggest info drop was that Maria met Beatrice every year, and learnt the exact magic circles used from Beatrice, given Beatrice was the one to draw them in her book.

Kanon: WHAT HAPPENED TO BRO? WHERE IS BRO???? We know he died in the room (Beatrice said in red), but other then that 😅😅😅

Battler: What a humiliating loss that was, the main weakness he currently has is being too kind and pure-hearted, but that IS his character. His fear of having to suspect his friends and relatives really cost him a lot this round, it prevented him from really thinking hard about the last few cases. But, he at least did pick himself back up in the end.

George and Shannon: Doomed ahh romance😭😭😭😭. But they handled it incredibly well, Shannon’s development is astounding, her decision to live her own fate was a great moment. This episode we truly saw George under pressure, his act of agency in making the plan to get Natsuhi’s mirror to the shrine shows the proactive side of his character.

Jessica and Kanon: Yet another doomed ahh romance😭😭. The moment that Kanon came to the realization that he wasnt just furniture was beautiful. It contrasted with his rejection of the idea previously. Hope we see more of them next episode.

**Conclusion**:

In chapter 2, we had a precedence of Rosa stealing from Maria’s bag, and if we go with the idea that the culprit drew the magic circles themselves, then it is quite possible that Rosa used Maria’s book to copy the magic circles onto the wall.

None of this is certain, but in terms of the culprit for episode 2, i highly lean towards Rosa.

As Bern and Lambda said, Beatrice doesn’t always pick the best move, and i have a feeling the chapel case is an example of that, if Beatrice is the one who decides what is shown to the player and what is not shown, then it felt like Beatrice played around too much:

\-“happy halloween Maria” feels quite mocking to me, who seems to hate Maria’s continuous rambling about Halloween?
\- Who took the keys from Maria’s envelope, and could potentially have done it before and keep taking stuff from her bag?
\- Beatrice decided to show us Rosa standing in the chapel the night before, letting such an important detail slip

Now of course all my theories could be completely wrong, and they likely are, but making new theories is a part of the experience.
Overall, amazing episode, starting episode 3 now. It just keeps getting better.

Episode 2 chapter 11

As a new player of umineko, i have to say umineko truly peaked this chapter, and i have no doubt there will be as many moments even greater then this.

Im probably going to rant a lot because of how excited this chapter has got me.

>!Thinking about each detail of the chapel incident REALLY paid off!<

>!When i saw Rosa take the key from Maria’s bag in the morning, that in it of itself set a precedence of things being stolen from Maria’s bag. It showed that the envelope being taken was a very real possibility.!<

>!Furthermore, if we go by Maria’s character, one specific scene comes to mind:!<

>!When Rosa was tempted to open the envelope on day one, Maria stopped her, showing her dedication and belief in the witch. This means Maria would have had no way of knowing whether her envelope had been tampered with, since she was never going to open it, she would not be know if the envelope has the key or doesn’t.!<

>!So as long as when the state of the envelope when Rosa took it was including the key, this would appear as a true locked room mystery.!<

>!On top of that the rule created by Beatrice only really served to solidify her loss. Each red sentence only made it more made it more clear Beatrice’s hyper fixation on the door being unlocked by THE key. With Beatrice ignoring the important question “was the key always in the maria’s envelope from noon on day one to morning of day two”.!<

>!I was literally celebrating when Battler came upon the same point, and the way he utilised the rule against the witch was magnificent.!<

>!Of course theres still much much more things unexplained, like all the episode one murders, and especially Kanon and Jessica being murdered by “?asmodeus and satan?”. I dont believe that one bit, but i am trying to work through them one by one!<

I honestly think things are only gonna get more intense from here.

Started playing chapter 2

I recently started playing umineko, using the patch, and have started playing chapter 2 (i read all the teaparty and the ????).

For the beginning parts of chapter 2, i was clearly under the impression that chapter 2 was adding and filling in the blanks for events in chapter one, with:

 1. George and Shannon prior to the family meeting
 2. Beatrice’s appearance to Shannon and Kanon, and a little bit about Kinzo
 3. The reason Rosa and Maria were late - they went to buy candy after Rosa got mad

I just read up to Beatrice’s appearance before Rosa and Maria, and her restoring the candy.

This clearly conflicted with the events in chapter 1:

Maria and the cousins all went to the guesthouse in chapter 1, and they all went to lunch together.

in chapter 2, Maria stayed in the rose garden until Rosa came back to fetch her (this was when Beatrice appeared), this was before they had lunch.

So then i just wanted to ask (no spoil pls), is chapter 2 actually a “round 2” of Battler vs Beatrice, where the events are resimulated.

If so, can any of the events in chapter 2, specifically those prior to the meeting be applied to chapter 1?
( george and shannon in okinawa, etc)

Maybe im thinking too hard, and its meant to be confusing. 😭😭

3.6 reruns

As a player who just returned in 3.4( last played during 2.5), im plannjng on building the hiyuki team, got lucilla already and going to get suisui.

Do we think Hiyuki is likely to rerun in 3.6, since she last ran in 3.3, and aemeth just got a rerun, i do hope shes phase 2 if she does, cause qingxiao is phase 1😭😭

Pulling plan ideas for qingxiao

I definitely plan to pull Qingxiao, but due to returning to the game in 3.4 (last played during 2.5), i dont have lynae, mornye or denia.

Im already pulling the glacio chafe team with lucilla, suisui and waiting for hiyuki rerun.

Personally Lynae is likely my favourite character design in Lahai-roi, always wanted to pull her, so it might work out if she can be used for Qingxiao.

Denia’s character design is decent, but i dont particularly like nor dislike it

I just wanted to know the experience of anyone who plays tune strain lynae with someone like luuk, how does it feel, is it significant worse, im asking about both damage and just general smoothness of rotations

Tryna decide between Lynae and Denia, probably will pull mornye on a rerun

Upcoming Mahoyo movie

With the movies trailers currently released, do we think they will fully adapt the mahoyo story in one movie?

Im inclined to think it might be two movies, one for each year’s holy night. In the trailer we saw:
mirror house battle
flat snark releasing from the bottle
Aoko vs the flat snark moon

Thats all from the first holy night in the amusement park, i feel like they might end this first movie at the Aoko and soujuurou scene post amusement park.

Just cause theres a lot to adapt, i could be completely wrong tho, and they could tease Touko’s appearance in the second trailer.

[spoiler discussion] How will the next half of the season be adapted?

With how well the latest episode was received, with the Emilia and Amnesia baru scene.

How do we think the next parts will be adapted? We got
- meili character development

- reading reid’s book

- the new checkpoint (library) and all of his deaths testing different strategies to deal with the 5 threats

- amnesiabaru binge reading his own books to try and see whats “special” about Natsuki Subaru

- ofc the best scene of the arc “your an amazing guy”

- rui’s crash out and backstory

-subaru + meili vs shaula

-julius (and echidna) vs reid

- ram (and patrasche) vs lye

-emilia trial

Just to list some of the upcoming story.

I have a feeling most if not all of subaru’s deaths will be cut? Like they might show snippets of each of his strategies?

What else might be cut?

They better not cut that very first EMT scene after subaru regains his memories, or else white fox is catching these hands🙏🙏
