Show kindness

I’ve been playing this hand since the beginning. I could be considered one WoW’s grand old men. I want to say something to the WoW community, because I’ve seen every aspect of human nature displayed in just a simple game.
Show kindness, friends.
I’ve always been a tank, because it fits my personality…I’m a protector. I fight and die for those I care for. In real life, and even in this game. I’ve seen other players say the rudest things to others, over a simple mistake. Guys…it’s just a game. Showing kindness doesn’t cost anything, and you never know what someone’s going through. Please keep this in mind.
Just this morning I said goodbye to my dear Lilly. My 20 year old fur daughter. I played WoW for a few hours right after, because I needed to have a way to escape. I knew that I still had to take her down to get cremated before the day was over too.
As I played, I knew I wasn’t quite as effective as a tank as I usually am. My mind was not in it. That God I didn’t have active criticize me, but I did witness them harshly criticize another dps…calling them names. Of course I defended them, but it made me realize how horrible it is to insult people. It’s always unnecessary. There’s never an excuse to be rude. I don’t care what is going on in a silly game. It’s never acceptable. But keep this in mind, you never know what another player is going through.

Please show respect and courtesy. Not just in this game…but in life. Your kindness and patience might very well be what helps another get through a serious trial.

Tauri - advice from a tank

This is for anyone playing on Tauri’s Legion server. We need to relax on the whole item level thing. It’s kind of crazy. You see prior asking for a minimum of; let’s say, 840 for just M0 dungeons. I get it too…you want better players got a smoother run, but it’s not always best. Hear me out.
I’m a Blood DK tank. Right now I’m sitting at item level of 848 (about 3200k health) and to be perfectly honest my survivability is actually quite a bit lower than when I had an item level of 836 and around 2900k health, because the higher gear that I’m getting is losing all the hate and versatility that I had at lower levels. I get it.. the higher strength is definitely desired, but the stamina doesn’t make much difference. Ever with the higher strength and armor, I’m squishier due to the wire a bit lower vers that I had before.
I know that we’re wanting higher item level, but we shouldn’t be trying to impress on it so badly as though it’s the most important thing. Honestly requiring higher item level gear, just for the sake of having that higher item level, is actually quite silly and not efficient. I doing think it’s just me either. When I decide to run M0s as my OS doing dps, we can have a tank that’s got like an 853 item level ( something like 3500k health) and he can be getting seriously wrecked on just a mob of 3-4 guys. So I know that this is an issue with others too.

Anyways, tone down the required item level fit right now. It’s not that big of a deal at this point in the expansion.

Good or bad

So I bought some frozen salmon roe from a local fish market. There was only about 3 oz left in that container. It supposedly had already been cured.
I let it thaw for several hours and when I went to use it, most of it seemed really tough (rubbery like), and not soft and popping. The liquid from it thawing was also a really gross thick white crap all over it.

Was this stuff bad? I was told that maybe I thawed it too quickly on the counter, but this stuff just seemed not good.
