Need advice regarding my brand new Hyundai i20 N Line accessories (mudflaps & door visors)
Hi everyone,
I recently took delivery of a new Hyundai i20 N Line. At the time of delivery, the dealership promised me complimentary mudflaps and door visors.
However, I only received the rear mudflaps. Since then, every time I ask about the front mudflaps, I get a different answer.
So far, I’ve been told:
“Sir, they’re on order. N Line accessories take time.”
“Hyundai has stopped making front mudflaps for the i20 N Line.”
The accessories manager even suggested that he could do some “jugaad” and install mudflaps from a lower i20 variant.
Honestly, that doesn’t sit right with me. I paid for the N Line, so I expect genuine accessories specifically designed for the N Line, not modified parts from another variant.
The same thing is happening with the door visors. Initially, I was told I’d receive the N Line door visors, but now the dealership says Hyundai no longer manufactures the ones with the “N Line” branding and only makes door visors with “i20” written on them.
I’m starting to feel like I’m being given excuses, but I’m not sure whether the dealership is actually telling the truth.
Could someone please help me with the following?
- Does Hyundai really no longer manufacture front mudflaps for the i20 N Line?
- Have the N Line-branded door visors actually been discontinued?
- Is there any official Hyundai Mobis accessories catalogue or link where I can verify the genuine accessories available for the i20 N Line?
- Is there a Hyundai contact number, accessories department, or customer care representative I can speak to directly?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have been told by the salesman who sold me my car that due to the red side bodykit of nline the front mudflap of i20nline is different and difficult to place order, i have attached the pics below (1st pic rear , 2nd pic front)
