Yoshitaka Amano's "Beyond Fantasy" exhibit in Brazil

The exhibit was divided in 3 sectors. The first one was fully dedicated to his work with FF1 to 16, the second one was focused on the Candy Girls, Angel's Egg and many collabs, such as Tomb Raider and Sandman, and the third one was an immesrive experience inside a closed room, where a projector would cover every single wall with his art, including the floor and ceeling, making you feel like you were inside his pieces! Truly an amazing experience!!

I wish I had more media of it to share, but focusing more on the pieces than on my camera was definitely the rigth call. I had seen some of it online, but getting to see every detail in person was something else

[Gen 4] Shiny starter in SoulSilver with a special ID!

Got this little fella today, after 7101 total seen!

Getting the 02007 ID was such a cool thing too, since it was the year where HGSS's development started!

I was only gonna use this file for breeding, EV training and team building for the battle frontier, but have started to consider doing a DTQ now (still not fully sure if I've got it in me tho haha).

It's a Serious nature, for those wondering

[Gen 4] My dream hunt is over, but my country's dream is over too

Got this insane beauty yesterday, while watching the Brazil x Norway world cup game. I don't know how many of you are into this stuff, but it's a really special event around here, even if you're not a big soccer fan. Shops close at game time and many people get a day off at work, even if you have a corporate job. It's a huge gathering, and the sense of community gets super super strong.

Shiny Sinjoh Ruins Giratina has been my dream hunt for ever, and getting it moments before seeing and hearing that shared dream go away was bittersweet. However, it's still a dear memory to me, since the moments I shared with friends and strangers were truly awesome in this cup, and that's what it's really all about.

The Sinjoh Ruins event is such a cool one overall, it has that weird/dark theme that Nintendo used to use in a different time, and it feels so special to be able to experience it nowadays. Everything works so well with this type of atmosphere, the soundtrack, story and cutscene make this event so unique, it's definitely my favourite of all time. In addition to that, the resets taking over 3 minutes a piece make it a remarkable hunt too.

I'm actually glad something like this happened on a day like that now haha. Nothing but love to Norway, Haaland is a beast!!

Collection started since I was a kid, but still growing! Here are some of my favourite pics of it

I've been enjoyng these consoles and games so much for the past few years, and I'm SO glad I got back into this hobby. They have made me drop Instagram and doom scrolling as a whole, as well as made me focus more and experience so many things I never did as a kid!!

Being able to relive childhood memories and make new ones in the process has been such a privilege, but sharing it with the ever growing community makes me just as happy!

What games have you guys been playing? What are some recommendations you feel like get really missed out on?

Everyone knows Pokémon very well (me included haha), but I've been enjoying other titles so much, and wanna try even more new ones!

[Gen 4] Starting one of my most anticipated hunts today, Sinjoh Ruins Giratina! What are your dream hunts?

I know this one is gonna take a while since the most optimal reset takes over 3 minutes, but it just feels so special to even be here.

I used to watch all sorts of videos about these events when I was a kid, but was always doubting if they were actually rea haha! I'm so thankful for being able to experience my favourite games in a deeper way now that I'm older, and this hunt represents that very well. Such an interesting and unique event, that cutscene is sooo cool! I never tought I'd be going for this hunt since it takes so long to reach odds, but even decided to go for a single system setup now, on my og cart!

What are some dream hunts you guys think of doing or have completed already? Share your stories!

[Gen 4] Second phase in Eterna Forest, shiny Buneary!

Sencond phase on my hunt for Budew, but honestly don't mind listening to that banger Eterna Forest theme for a little longer!

[Gen 4] My first time experiencing a phase, shiny 10% Kricketot in Eterna Forest!

I thought it would be such a bummer to phase, so I always stuck to soft reset or egg hunts, but honestly it wasn't that bad (hopefully I'll not eat those words later). The encounters are so damn fast in this hunt that I barely felt it go by, just hope my Budew shines soon!

Imagine spending over 6 months starring at a suitcase. Damn this feels so unbelievably good!!

As you can see in the last picture, I started this hunt over 6 months ago, and besides it not being my longest one, it sure gave me a hard time. I went over odds during the first 4 months, which were marked by some REALLY consistent hunting, doing hours every single day, but I felt a bit desmotivated after that and spent the following two months doing it on and off. I got my brother into hunting about two weeks ago (he's going for his first one, sableye in HG), and since then I've picked the pace back up. Today, during a night shift I was not supposed do be working, it finally paid off!! I don't know if it was the long durations of the resets, the duration of the hunt itself, or the fact that I've got my brother to share the hunts with now, but this one felt so damn special.
