New cadet advice needed

I’m about to begin my sophomore year of college, and I am just now beginning my AFROTC journey. I thought about it for quite some time and decided to go with the four year route, meaning I will be in college for one extra year. My ultimate goal is to be a CRO and I want to know how realistic this goal is. I am 6’7, 220 pounds, and pretty athletic, pull ups being the only thing I struggle with due to my long arms and heavy body.

Are there any other cadets wanting to go Air Force special warfare who might be able to give me some friendly advice.

Oh, and I’m getting my associates in a fire/paramedic degree and my bachelors in nursing.

Thanks!

Bulking?

I’m 19 years old, 6'7", and currently 215 lbs. I lift 6 days per week and run 3–4 days per week. I’ve been training consistently for about 7 months and have gone from 165 lbs to 215 lbs during that time by eating roughly 4,000–5,000 calories and around 250g of protein daily.

My long-term goal is to reach 250 lbs, but I’d like to stay relatively athletic, agile, and conditioned rather than just gaining as much weight as possible. Given my height and current weight, I’m curious how realistic that goal is and what kind of timeline I should expect.
For those who have bulked to a similar size or worked with taller athletes,

How difficult would it be to go from 215 to 250 while staying reasonably lean and athletic?

What would be a realistic timeframe?

At what point does gaining additional size start noticeably affecting speed, agility, and conditioning?

Should I continue with my current calorie intake, or would you make adjustments?

Any advice from people with experience gaining significant weight while maintaining athletic performance would be appreciated.
