When to have clients sign a purchase agreement?

The title is the main question but I’ll provide context.

I am new to sourcing coffee, and we are about to put in our order for the year. For reference we sell about 2200 pounds of roasted coffee a year. It’s a small amount, and makes it tricky when adding new wholesale clients, which I am actively pushing to do. At how many pounds is it suggested I have customers sign a contract?

Unable to Change campground reservation?

So I made a reservation at Bridalveil Creek starting Friday. Unfortunately our plans changed. I went to update it and I can’t since it’s in the no modification window. The problem is that window extends beyond the check in date. What do I do? I would like get done money back for the nights I won’t be there but I’d also rather have someone use the site rather than it sit there empty.

P.s. I hate this system. Every campsite being different, having different rules at different times of the year, and the mobile app showing different things than online is really confusing.
