Just had an amazing game against Emperors Children 55-51 my loss. As I review the match in my head I find myself wanting in terms of removing that unit! The 3+ to wound on everything is insane! Any tips? Counters? Just run away?

I had just bought my first batch of Inceptors not too long ago and went to my first game with them super excited to see them on the table. Only to find them all completely detached from that flimsy clear plastic stand GW thinks is sufficient for such THICC models. I currently don't have the money to buy another carrying case, my army is currently stored in a hard plastic carrying case full of foam. This has done great for making sure my army is safe when knocked around and not having to worry about the orientation. I know the easy answer is get a carrying case that uses the magnetic trays and using magnets on the bases, this will likely become a later project once I have the money for an upgrade. I travel approximately 1+ hrs to play warhammer and would prefer something that can kinda be knocked around, is there 3rd party limbs I can give them?
I had been purchasing and painting kill teams for years now off and on and actually got around to playing the game and I gotta say this is such a fun game! I had my first match using the lite rules against my buddy, ratlings vs. stealth suits and it was a hell of a time!!
It feels like Xcom and it has so much unique flavor to each operative/team! As someone who plays 40k this was such a fun shake up and makes me want to sink my teeth into the game even more! I do think Ratlings were a little challenging to play both due to their low wound count and that Stealth Suits are well...not great opponents into a whole team of sniper rifles but it was still great! I am thinking about picking up Arbites/ Navy Breachers next so if there are any tips I'd be happy to hear it!
Hey everyone! I started playing Dark Angels here near the tail end of 10th edition and love the game! (despite my winrate) I currently have green wing, and Deathwing but find myself struggling to secure wins against the pod of players I am a part of, (One player being Custodes, and the other two being Imperial Knights and Chaos Knights respectively) I routinely have a LOT of wounds to chew through in any given game. My original strategy was tanks but I am quickly realizing they are just not the answer.
I had never considered Ravenwing before mainly due to them not being Primaris, I didn't want to pick up models that are due for a refresh in the coming year or two. Their special rule however makes me want to run them in my pod, the tanks I currently run could theoretically handle the problems I am facing but if I'm in a shooting match against Knights, knights will win almost every time. So my thought was, Ravenwing provide good skirmishing while also requiring a bit more work to chew through when running WotR. Anyways, looking forward to seeing what everyone has to say!!
