Looking for weights I just happened to come across this ad. $225 for 6/45lb weights. Of course I had to have them. They look brand new tbh. Doesn't even look used. Happy camper. Deadlifts here we go! Four of them will be going upstairs to my Fitness Gear rack. (Just my staging area to clean it up)
I was wondering when this was going to happen. Some even more. People aren't spending as much and estate sales people were changing too much to begin with or the owners wanted too much. I now have two in my area at 75% off and one is open to bargaining further depending on the item.
Garage sales are dropping too. In my neck of collecting I see prices falling from their highs. People are absolutely not buying things they don't need. Food, gas and limiting going out.
Interesting times ahead folks.
First, Happy Mother's day to all that apply.
Estate sale score. $175 for both. I left behind a 3.5qt saute pan and another 3.5 saucier. I have three saute pans and this saucier. Both for my wife. What a day.
Cheers.
Got rid of all our crappy knives and 10 year old pans. Started to do some snipping and found these at an estate sale. Now I have a rounded collection of All-Clad copper and SS pans and good knives. Next up is a Horl 3 knife sharpener.
Picked all these up for $60. Not a bad haul. I'm set for life.
Both show 4.5qt stamp. Obviously that can't be true. I believe I now have a 6qt pan on the bottom and the smaller 4.5qt is correctly labled on top.
4 qt Kirkland signature Professional stainless steel pan NSF approved. $9 at a thrift store. Hard to pass up bu this pan is pretty damn heavy. Excited to clean it up and cook in it. Bacon coming up!
