Hey there, my little brother’s laptop is overheating and causing unrepairable BSODS. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good places that could help fix it. I brought it into a place on google a few months ago and they Repasted it and said it was good to go but since then it’s been crashing the OS and running at 96 Celsius downloading games… I’d like to keep the cost as low as possible if possible.
Hi there, my little brothers laptop keeps on Black screening while he plays Apex Legends with the error about SrtTrail.txt. I’ve had to reinstall windows through a usb and all the drivers 3 times for him.
It also says windows can’t be repaired
Specs are Asus rog Zephyrus G15 with a 3060 and 5900HS
Things I’ve tried are:
Reinstalling everything including nvidia drivers
I’ve done a smart test on ssd and it’s at 96% with all good sectors
Repasted but things are still running hot like upwards of 96 degrees while downloading games on steam.
Edit: tried chkdsk /f /r C:
The only things installed are the drivers from Asus website, G Helper and steam with apex and it’s still crashing. Thanks in advance
