I just started voice training and now I have a valley girl/rich girl accent?

I mean... I'll take it since I only just started and spent maybe 2 hours learning how to get there, but I've got some serious work to do. I'm just ranting because I'm excited and I surprised myself with how fast I picked up the r1 r2 thing. I was just following along and mimicking the girl in the video and then it just actually worked!

Yayyy, exciting!!! But seriously I sound like Alexis Rose from Schitt's Creek.

On a related note, tips on how to get rid of the vocal fry would be appreciated. :)

How do I not sound like a guy in conversations?

I just spent 1.5 hours in a car with my bff (who is a guy) and our sisters (who are friends) and they always had something to talk about the whole time and it was just about things they had done, people they were hanging out with, gossip about coworkers, etc. and it was kinda euphoric just listening to them.

I tried my best to contribute, but all I could think of were just fun facts and the like. We dropped them off at their concert, and on the way back , my friend and I talked about 3 things: getting our Gs, Music, and 10th century history.

I felt very dysphoric when I got home and realized I have no idea how to not sound like a man when I talk. What am I supposed to do?
