AAA recovery help and tips

Hi all! My dad is currently a few days into recovery from AAA surgery and it’s been rough so far. When he gets home I want to make sure I’m prepared and can help him to be as comfortable as possible. I was wondering if anyone could provide some advice/ideas as to what I could do/get him that would make his recovery the easiest and most comfortable for him

Exercise sensitivity

Hi all! I’ve been in recovery for over a year now and am feeling much healthier with good blood work. However I am still having trouble with exercising and being physically active. I find that if I push myself too much (even just gardening or cleaning for a few hours) I’ll feel physically and mentally exhausted the following days. My muscles will feel weak and it’ll be hard for me to even go up stairs. Just want to see if this is normal and if it’s happening to anyone else

For my ladies here does anyone find that they have a hard time emotionally around/before ovulation? I notice that when I’ve had a lot of stress buildings up before ovulation it makes it a pretty bad experience for me with anxiety and uncontrollable emotions.
