Cheap quick healthy noodles?

Kinda broke right now so relying on rice and noodles but wondering if there’s a healthy but cheap and quick noodle option.

I’m okay with rice noodles or something else. Just more healthy than regular instant ramen and filling.

Kit for homeless to keep in car?

Since it’s getting hotter, what are some things that I can buy in bulk and put together as a little kit in a bag and keep in my car when I see homeless people?
I always get depressed when I see them in downtown and at intersections but I can’t give out a meaningful amount of money every time.
I already keep Gatorade and water but idk how much that helps.

SLOW TF DOWN!! So much roadkill

YOU’RE IN THEIR HOME. I COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR DUMB LITTLE ROAD TRIP TO TAKE PICTURES.

Do you really like blood on your car and probably a broken windshield?

Lost count of the dead deer and the dead little guys were probably in the hundreds.

We deserve the hurricanes and wildfires killing us and destroying our homes. Because we’re doing the same to every other species.

I almost (or maybe did) hit a bird bc an idiot in a company van (oFlo Plumbing from Indiana 😭) was tailgating me. If you’re so eager to go fast, HAVE THE BALLS TO PASS in the opposite traffic lane. I should’ve let him hit me and gave the bird a better chance of passing. Couldn’t sleep at all over this.

I slowed down so many times for rabbits in Canyonsland, squirrels in Capital Reef, deer in Grand Canyon. Bc the person behind kept their distance and understood we shouldn’t be going 20 over the speed limit.

TLDR- don’t come to national parks if you don’t know how to drive and are okay with pointless murder of wildlife

Am I dumb for not figuring out headlight settings?

How can I drive with the lights off?

When I put it on off, it still acts like it’s on automatic when I drive it. I’m going to a stargazing thing and don’t wanna blind everyone.

Idle rpm too low at 500?

Idle rpm has been sitting lower than usual for a few months (usually at 800, now close to 500)

One dealership said a throttle body cleaning would help and another dealership said it's fine and I don't need to do anything.

Scripps pier camera repair?

Anyone in the know about whether the underwater pier cam is going to be restored? I’ve never seen it be out for so long it’s been a few weeks I think.

I relied on it for visibility conditions. I know the lifeguard phone number but I liked the real time update of the camera.

Which chair?

Wanna get a comfy recliner and these two are my options from Crate and Barrel. It’ll be put next to the drawers so I added it in for reference. The rest of the room is from the same line of furniture as the drawer.

Second chair is wider but both are the same height. Color would be the same!!

Which one looks better next to the drawer?

(My opinion is I like the second chair in terms of looks but not sure if I like the fabric)

mpg maxxing

It’s almost $70 to fill up my tank right now so I’ve let go of my old ways aka going 80 mph on highway and I’m trying to maximize my mpg.

But I have a question. I noticed when the car is idle, the mpg goes down a lot. So let’s say if I’m behind a light that I know takes 2-3 min to turn green, should I turn the car off? Does it actually help?

Any other advice on mpg maxxing would be appreciated!

I started the trip on the photo in the middle of the highway going 70 on a slight decline lol it was 46 when I was still on the highway and 37 when I got to my destination.

Part time estimating contract

Looking at a part time estimating contract role (10-20 hours per week). I’m wondering how it would work in terms of learning their systems?

I’m already familiar with the division and software they use but I think it’s still takes a while to learn how they do everything since every company is so different in their internal process and project management.

I’m kinda scared they’ll want me to jump in and I feel like I wouldn’t do well. Has anyone done a part time role like this? How did they start you off?

Also what questions should I ask if I interview to learn more about it?

Has anyone had the koobideh kabob at Living Room La Jolla recently? Is it good? I checked their reviews and nobody mentions the kabobs.

I’m kinda hesitant to order anything from there since the menu is so big but nobody orders food.

Also I’ll take recommendations for any sandwiches/wraps they have that are light and easy on the stomach.

I know Asian food is kinda general but I’m craving that flavor profile. My stomach has been acting up the past few weeks and I can barely eat just simple rice and bread some days.

So preferably a takeout place that is really clean, soothing, and doesn’t use a ton of oil or even none. I know pho kinda fits the profile but from some places it still makes me sick afterwards so looking for other options.

Preferably in Clairemont, mira mesa, or utc.

Should I include the question statement in my SOQ file or just my answers numbered in the same order as the questions?

The website says “Each question must be numbered and addressed in the same order as the questions below. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12-point Arial font.”

Also if you’re a current TE and have a few minutes to proofread it I’d appreciate it! I can send it to you in a message.
