I’m a month in and I feel like I’ve messed up a lot. Way too much. Today was the first time I’ve ever had to have a manager talk to my table. It was a table I split with another server and I completely messed my part up. Everything was wrong. I gave my tip to the other server (I later got it back). I just feel like shit about it. What are your mess up stories?
I just started as a server about a month ago and I’m still terrible at side work. I take so long and I forget things sometimes (ADHD unfortunately). How can I get better? I usually try and do my silverware early in the shift and prep for my side work. I just don’t want to rely on my coworkers or make them work around me.
Hi! I’m a new server at one of the concord locations. I accidentally left without getting my apron checked and now I’m scared. It’s only halfway into my second week. I’ve never done it before.

No one has said anything! I do think I’ll leave this up in case someone else is ever in a similar situation.
Does anyone know what happened to them? I just opened the app and it’s gone. I bought a subscription for this.
