LOCATION: Texas

my 3 year old goes to ABA therapy and today we were notified he fell and bumped his head. I have no reason to doubt the story but I would like to verify that is indeed what occurred. my 3 yo is non verbal autistic and cant speak for himself.

The facility says they cannot share the video bc it would violate HIPAA laws.

What can I do for peace of mind?

I called the non emergency police line to see if they could help view the footage as a neutral third party but so far no action has been done
