dog in labor

please help. my dog is in labor right now. at 8:10am, her water broke. about 30 minutes after, a sac and the head of the puppy came out. then minutes after, it went back inside. what to do? should we go to the vet or we can just wait?

shes 5 years old, mixed of shihtzu/poodle. we are guessing the poodle got her pregnant. weighs about 10kg now. we haven’t done any x-ray so we don’t know how many are there

lava bowls

We love supporting small businesses and usually naga food trip jud mi sa flea markets to try different merchants. Na disappoint lang mi gamay sa cheesy volcano sa Lava Bowls kay based sa photo we expected a creamy cheese sauce, pero pag serve kay more on powdered cheese dip ang taste and texture (wala namo na picture-an pero na ra sailang page). Ended up tasting more like popcorn/fries cheese flavor than creamy cheese sauce huhu
