I have been a door dash driver for 1 year. They deactivated my account cause not active ABN. But now I check my ABN in lookup abns my ABN is still showing active. Now I'm trying to contact them with only AI response with text said no human available cause your account was removed.

I tried to make new account with same ABN it's show incorrect but ABN lookup show my ABN still active. What should I do ?

Guys I had an accident last year October around the round about. Lemme explain the situation the round about connected with 3 roads only 2 roads straight to round about but 3 road is added to it. I was driving to the straight road means no turn around round about it was dark old man driving from my right side. I have to give him a give away but him light were low old car I can't see. So he hit my car I have more damage compare to him got just lost his right head light. I don't have insurance that time I gave him my details. RACT his insurance company call me about incident. I said he supposed to give me give away. They make drawing and let us know. But I didn't not respond to that it was actually my fault. Yesterday they send me 2257.50$ invoice which extreme. I called again said that's not my fault they were like draw the roads and let us know.

Guys my fault accepted but if there is but young driving instead of old man may be collision will not happened and they 2 people in car talking. Even my earning hardly 800$ per week have so many expenses. What are the possibilities that you can reckon.
