ID help please

Found in mixed forest of US, WV. Was thinking young maitake in the field, but not sure now that I see maitake on google and have subsequently gone with eastern cauliflower mushroom Sparassis sp. Any ID help appreciated.

Trionda Pro Winter

My Dićk’s Sporting Goods has the Winter Trionda Pro for $85. Should I get it now or just wait until after the World Cup is over to get the regular colorway for the same price? I read they’re the same material etc, but I wasn’t sure if they’d drop the price on the white one soon. Thanks for any input.
