Unusual trip to Guam (pigs) but with non insane wife…
I’ve wanted to go to Guam for 30+ years bc my oceanography professor told us how amazing the diving was, but obviously it has been financially out of reach. I’m old now and hit a lick this year and my wife has shut down all of my December vacation ideas until I mentioned Guam. Here’s the thing - I heard invasive pigs are a thing there and they’re small. Couple of questions. Can you hunt them??? Are they tasty??? Anyone interested in a good old fashioned Louisiana cochon de lait? I’m looking forward to your food and the beaches and the diving and all the normal stuff, but a pig hunt would be the icing on the cake. I’ve heard they tear up farmland like here, and I have a small rifle with a thermal that would be perfect and easy to fly with, if this is a thing. Opinions?
