What did nancy Donahue do to Brick?

You guys know that episode where nancy and frankie are talking about how their kids won't do what they tell them to do, but if someone else tells them the same thing they will? So nancy says she'll talk to brick to get him to stop doing "that thing". What is the thing?

I'm in studying in university now, and i know it's time to get a job but I'm so afraid of what people are gonna think of me when i inevitably have to take a day off cause i can't get out of bed from the pain. What if there's no bathroom? I've worked places before where i couldn't even sit for a while, and couldn't use the bathroom whenever i wanted. People always assume im healthy and just lazy because I look really young and healthy but im always tired and in a bad mood lol. What is it like for you? Do your colleagues ever say you're just lazy? Can you go to the bathroom? What do you eat at lunch? Can you stay at home when you're in too much pain?
