Jolly Gyarados, rare candied and basically no evs, here's what he had:

- 16 hp (needed hp not to land in a multiple of 4 on a couple of fights, just bring along a couple HP Ups into the E4 if you want to try this strategy)
- 8 speed (he speed ties Gengar and Pidgeot without 1 extra speed lol)

Thought of a new Agatha strategy here, which is usually his main issue at the e4. Mimic now wins everytime, but you likely need to run either substitute or taunt and be faster to have it work flawlessly.

Lorerei and Bruno have a chance to lose here, I think the other 3 matches are free.

Note: If you want a flail gyarados of your own go fishing in Celadon city pond with a super rod. The level 30+ magikarp there will have it.
