As someone whos looking to get into the profession and give up her freelance career, whats the driving reason for so many of u guys to quit? After seeing all the posts about leaving im second guessing transitioning into teaching BUT i really really want to hear from the teachers who want to stay and have been at it for a while. Whats the reason?
Honestly ive been thinking about applying abroad after having no luck here in ontario. Is anyone else applying? Idk if i should go through with it or just give up and find another career

How does OCT certify someone who got a bED or mED from another country thats not the US? Or what if u got the degree but done have practicum hours? Would they help place you or would they expect u to have practicum hours from your home country and would they accept that?i have my bEDfrom pakistan, undergrad in ontario (teachables are English) but im thinking of transitioning into teaching in ontario but im unsure of how i would go about it or if they wouldnt accept the degree. Any info would be helpful!!
