waking in the middle of night is sleep apnea?

I usually wake up during the night. Sometimes I feel like I'm asleep, but my mind is still running. I've seen people in other communities say this could be sleep apnea, but I don't really know what that is or what the solution is.

Is there any sleep test to check for sleep apnea?

which one vitamin actually suppport deep sleep ?

I need to know which supplement is best for improving deep sleep.

My main issue is that my mind keeps racing at night, which makes it difficult to get deep, restful sleep.

Please don't suggest L-theanine. It doesn't work for me. I tried taking it at night, and I couldn't sleep. I also tried taking it in the morning—it helped a bit with anxiety, but it had no positive effect on my sleep and even gave me vivid dreams.

I've also been taking magnesium regularly for the past six months. It helps me fall asleep, but it doesn't improve the quality of my deep sleep.

If you've personally tried something that genuinely helped you sleep more deeply and relaxed your mind at night, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

I feel good when outside is raining

I'm not sure if I have insomnia or not, but whenever I follow CBT-I techniques, take magnesium glycinate, and the weather is rainy, I sleep incredibly well. Even 6 hours feels enough for me.

On those days, my workout is great, my yoga feels great, and overall I feel amazing.

Life just feels so much better when it's rainy.

Does anyone else experience this? Or is it just me?

Idk I have a Sleep fear?Anyone same

When I lie down to sleep, my body feels relaxed. I’ve been doing yoga, exercising, eating clean, and even journaling my thoughts before bed lately. But I’m still overwhelmed by fear and I don’t know why.

This fear is mostly about sleep itself and health anxiety. If I don’t fall asleep quickly, my mind starts spiraling: “What if I don’t sleep? Then I’ll have this problem, that problem…” It turns into a vicious loop. Even on nights when I don’t consciously think like that, I still can’t sleep well.

Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you overcome it? I’d really appreciate any advice. This is my first time posting on Reddit.
