I threw my hat in the ring today for Armlifting USA's 'Stage 2' competition in the 125kg class (253lbs current BW) and, despite using the two-hand country crush and hub implements for the very first time, I didn't do too shabby. This was definitely a great learning experience for next year. Now it's time to finally cut the dad bod and get back down to my fighting weight of 200-210lbs...
