All my files in One drive desktop has padlock even in web says read only. I did unlink the PC, did not work. I have E5 license and I am the admin. I contacted Microsoft support and through diagnostic tool I unlocked SharePoint. I have used 55Gb out of 1Tb. It's been more than 48 hours after unlocking it still shows the same. The Microsoft support unassigned E5 license re-assigned it, still the same.

I contacted Microsoft support on Sunday they said my SharePoint is locked, unlocked SharePoint through their diagnostic tool after 48 hours still the same issue. Today I had a remote session with support he unassigned E5 license and reassigned. I have used 55gb of 1tb. Can anyone please 🙏 help?
