So I just wonder why people argue over a small flaw in a currency note (paisa). Like, I ordered food from outside, and when the rider came, I gave him a 1,000 RS note which had a tiny bit of a stain on Quaid-e-Azam's face and on the back side (the stain wasn't even that big).
Bro started to argue with me that his company doesn't accept notes like this. All I said to him was to go to the bank and ask them to replace it, because it wasn't my fault that the note had a minor flaw. Anyways, I just gave him another note and let it go.
But the main issue is, why does everyone fight over a small stain? Not just riders, but shops and other places do it as well. If the money is torn or the serial number is missing, I get the argument. But I wonder why they don't accept money over a tiny stain?

*1. Paper Cancellation & New Exam Date*
Cambridge International has confirmed that the AS Level Mathematics question paper *9709/12* has been cancelled. It will not be used and results will not be calculated from it.

A *new version of the paper* will be sat by all candidates in Pakistan on:
*Tuesday, 9 June 2026 – PM session*

*2. Withdrawals & Refunds*
Cambridge has extended the withdrawal deadline for this component until *Tuesday, 17 June 2026* – 7 days after the end of the June exam series.

- You can withdraw from *9709/12* until 17 June and receive a *full refund* of the entry fee.
- Contact the *British Council* to arrange the withdrawal and refund.
- Note: Refunds do not include additional late/very late entry fees.
- Withdrawing from 9709/12 means a full withdrawal from the June series for all components, not just component 12.
- If a candidate wants to re-enter the same syllabus and component in *November 2026*, they will need to be registered again.
