I’m now officially 12 months pp and I’m officially ready to try to wen but I have no clue where to begin.

For background my LO takes bottle well and for the last few months has only seen my noon as comfort. How do I get him to drop that association? It’s been so exhausting because no one else can out him down for naps or sleep, and he won’t let anyone else console him. Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone worked with a pediatric nutritionist to help work through allergies?

My LO is about to be 12 months and he’s still failing the dairy ladder and I have no clue about what to do next.

I’m 11 months PP still breastfeeding and pumping, over the last month I’ve started consistently working out (mostly resistance training) and I’ve gone from 145 to 156…. Why am I I gaining weight now?! Nothing has changed diet wise. I feel puffier and the scale is showing it. Has anyone else experienced this?!
