I have the customer statement extension installed.

I need the statement that it sends to show ALL open and unpaid invoices. Not a "opening balance" with one or two other invoices.

It needs to show all unpaid invoices listed. I have no clue how to make this work at all.

And, the default will generate an "outstanding invoices" statement for the period of the month it sends.... So if invoices from 3 months ago exist, it just shows "opening balance". This isn't acceptable OR normal at all. How do I make it work properly?

We partially fulfill sales orders based on inventory availability.

I have to set backorders on sales orders but this creates a world of issues (we import overseas and minimum etc...)

So I will create packages on sales orders, remove items not in stock, make an invoice adjusted to what we actually shipped.

Then a few months later items come in. I don't have an easy way to then find all the unfulfilled sales orders of the items I received to then make a fulfillment. It's insane.

If I use backorder, then I have to create bills and PO and unlock the sales order to adjust and create the invoice and do everything.

I need to track shipped/unshipped and when I receive I need a simple solution to generate the sales orders WITH ONLY the unfulfilled items.

2. Setting the default time frame and data for customer statement (like ALL history and Overdue Invoices only)

Simple shit. My office person barely can log into a computer let alone figure out what Is In and Is Not means, or how to build a custom statement. Or BUILD A CUSTOMER REPORT EVERY TIME

WE HAVE 3100 customers. We have 561k in unpaid overdue invoices. We ship 1500-2000 wholesale orders a week. We have 3 damned people for our operation.

We don't have time to spend 20 minutes for each damned customer to try and build the statement from scratch.

A few years ago I stumbled across a person selling vintage lenses on Instagram (or some social media). He sold interesting older manual lenses, would take photos with the lense for samples, and I ordered one from him.

I can't find the order, or who that person was! And I'm lost. I have a need for another few lenses but I can't for the life of me find the person or the email from when I ordered last. Help?

He wasn't in the USA. I think maybe Taiwan or Japan? I think he may have been a student or something. Not sure.

How does someone stop the spam calls for Google and online verification? 200 since 1 pm. The point I turned off my phone completely. It has not stopped ringing all day. Non stop.

Spectrum says they can't do shit. I'm pissed. Never have I been this pissed off. How do make stop?! I'm blowing a gasket here.
