New house, want to upgrade the flooring. Some soft spots and floor starting to separate. Looks like they put 15/32 board for all the soft areas. Any suggestions on how to fix when replacing with LVP. The kitchen and bath are solid and seem to be quarter inch higher.

So far so good. I want to add 2 inch level to front, tint and running boards. Anything else suggested?

First time building this bar in my mancave basement. Turned out pretty good.
